Advance Request Form

Thank you so much for your interest in purchasing locals flowers through the San Joaquin Flower Collective! This form is for requesting flowers for an event at a future date. It gives our growers a heads up on what you're looking for so they can list and harvest accordingly, so the sooner you submit your request, the better. Requests are filled on a first come, first served basis. We'll do our very best to get you the flowers you're looking for, but we can't always guarantee product.

Please submit your request at least 2 weeks before your pickup date.

You can have us pull your order for you (option below), or place your order yourself on Rooted. If we pull your order, we'll confirm quantities with you the week before your fulfillment date and you'll receive an invoice from Rooted. A Rooted account is required to order. If you don't have one yet, please set one up as soon as possible (wholesale accounts can take up to a week for approval). Here is all the information you need to get started.
